Question: Where are you located?

Answer: The hotel located on the campus of the University of New South Wales.

Question: What is the best mode of transportation going to the city?

Answer: Buses to UNSW from Central Station - UNSW Express Bus routes (890, 891, 892 and 895) run to and from Eddy Avenue, Central Station. It is also convenient to take a taxi from UNSW to the city center. (around $20-$30)

Parking:

Question: Is there a parking available in the property?

Answer: Parking around the hotel is limited at$28.00 per night, but it must be arranged beforehand.

Airport:

Question: How far is the property from Sydney Airport?

Answer: The Kingsford Smith Domestic and International terminals are located 6.3km or 15-20 minutes from Hotel Space Racecourse.

Question: Is there an Airport Transfer facility by the hotel?

Answer: Redy2Go provides transfers from the aiport to the hotel. Please dial 1300 246 669 to make a reservation.

Question: What are the room types available?

Single Shared Rooms - a single occupancy room with a single bed, with access to shared toilet & bath and free toiletries and access to fully equipped shared kitchen.

Single Shared Rooms with Balcony - a single occupancy room with a single bed, room with balcony.  Access to shared toilet & bath and free toiletries and access to fully equipped shared kitchen.

Twin Shared Rooms –twin occupancy room with 2 single beds, access to shared toilet & bath and free toiletries and access to shared kitchen.

Double Shared Rooms –double occupancy room with a double bed, access to shared toilet & bath and free toiletries and access to shared kitchen.

Question: Is WiFi available in the hotel?

Answer: Yes, WiFi is complimentary to guests who book direct.

Question: Is there a kitchen facility in each room?

Answer: There is a common fully equipped kitchen facility available in the hotel.

Question: Is there a lounge in the hotel?

Answer: All guests can enjoy a shared experience in the communal vicinity with a kitchen, a large flat-screen TV, guest laundry, pool table.  Swimming Pool and Gym are also available within a five minute walk..

Reservations:

Question: In which dates does the property accept trade bookings?

Answer: Hotel Space Racecourse will open from December 5, December 6, 2017 to February 4, 2018.

Question:  Who should I contact for group or corporate enquiries?

Question: I have booked through Booking.com, Expedia (any other channels) and I need to amend the dates of my reservation. How can I go about it?

Answer: Please contact the site on which you placed your reservation. They will assist you in modifying your booking.

Question: I cancelled a booking I placed within the hotel’s cancellation policy but I was charged and not refunded yet. When can I expect the refund?

Answer: Please send an email with your reservation ID, property name, your name and dates. You can expect the refund to be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Check In/Check Out:

Question: What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

Answer: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Question: Is there an option for early check-in or late check-out?

Answer: It can be requested and will be noted in the reservation but cannot guaranteed as it depends on room availability.
